It is not very often that the American Rabbit Breeders recognize a new breed to their Standard of Perfection, but in 2006 we are presented with just that, the Thrianta was one of two new breeds accepted that year. The was the year we at Aboundinful Farm fell in love with the color of this breed. The Thrianta, (pronounced TREE-[O]N-TA) is the most orange-red rabbit that we have seen yet. Considered red to most, but orange to many, it is one hot little rabbit, know as the "Fire of the Fancy".
